By accessing and using the ScaleUPmedia platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
ScaleUPmedia provides app and SaaS idea validation, project management, and software development services. Our platform facilitates communication between clients and our development team throughout the project lifecycle.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
Services are billed at the agreed-upon hourly rate. Weekly billing occurs automatically every Monday for the previous week's logged hours. Payment is processed via Stripe using the card on file.
Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of all custom code, designs, and deliverables created for their project. ScaleUPmedia retains the right to use general knowledge, techniques, and non-proprietary tools developed during the engagement.
All project details, business strategies, and proprietary information shared through our platform are protected under the Non-Disclosure Agreement signed at the start of each project engagement.
ScaleUPmedia's liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
